I have mixed feelings on parts of this.  What is going to stop someone from just filling out a doe tag and reporting it just to get their second buck tag?  I have heard rumors the DEC is going to make you keep the doe head.  If that is the case, roadkill doe are going to be missing their heads.   Opening up some DMU's for unlimited doe tags will let guys that want to kill doe, kill doe.  Being able to kill two bucks in bow is great until your neighbor on a kills two mature bucks.

NY has the most complicated system in the world. I hunt in Kansas from time to time. Everyone gets one buck tag and one doe tag. Simple.

You know guys will be crafty to circumvent the system.  They will just need to think outside the box!

They need to open areas to doe, that are saturated and overpopulated.  Like im in 6c can only hunt them for muzzleloader its ridiculous.  There are many areas like that.  Than 50 yards over its another unit and its all the seasons.  🤦‍♂️
