What model Saltist would be best for a wire dipsey rod?

Also what model would be best for a 10 color?

A Saltist 30 for wire. It fits perfect. I believe a 50 is what guys are using for a 10 color and backing. I started switching over my wires and riggers 2 seasons ago and love the Saltist reels. 6.1 to 1 gear ratio and the super smooth drags make huse difference over the older Sealines.

Gambler is correct...The 30s are perfect for 1000 ft (or so) of wire....I just rigged up two ten cores with plenty of power pro backing on 40s....it went on with no problem......You will love the reels....Especially with slide cheater bites and you can really pick up the slack when the rod goes off.....Im glad I switched ....

I didn't know I could get 10 colors on a 40. We have been running the 50 size for our 10 colors and our 300 coppers. We have out 5 colors on 40's. Either way you'll love them!

I know All Seasons Sports in Pulaski, along with Fat Nancy's has them. As everyone else has said, the 30's are the size for wire. Good Luck, you will love the speed and the awesome drag system!!!

i dont know why cabelas does not have the 30lkc. i have a couple hundred in rewards to spend there and they have everything except the 30lc.
