Stix - The guys had some very good points however I didn't particpate as I was too busy checking out a deal on Navy surplus Sonar buoys on E-bay, instantaneous cellphone datalinks to NOAA's bathemetry/hydrological satellite and encrypted radar updating to SeaGrants 2007 Big-O Salmon Telemetry Tracking project.
