Mid day walleyes on the river.

After getting two pheasants and a turkey yesterday and a woodcock this morning, My brother and I decided to to go for a boat ride on the river and perhaps troll a little. We fished for about and hour total between 12:50 and 2:30 and caught two walleyes about 5 lbs., missed another one and caught a smallmouth. Not bad for a mid-day boat ride! Tomorrow it's on to the ducks!

Go get em guys...id make sure i fished this moon....i think ill wrap my season up on the boat this week...then its shore till may. 1 more trolling trip for this moon right hermit?

Unfortunately Pap and I weren't able to get out due to weather. Will try again in the spring. I may try the river again next week and am planning a trip to Quinte in November.
