Attaching fly to swivel on SD

Do most people retie knots when changing or use loops for easier on/off ?

Personally I tie the fly lead right to the swivel so all my Flys and meat heads all have there own individual swivels. Not sure if a loop would work but sounds like an good idea. It works for fly line...

I use a surgeon's loop and feed the whole fly and hooks through the loop.
