hughes 7/12

Fished 7:00 to 2:30 with my dad and his friend, went 12 for 19, 9 kings 3 lakers, the largest kings were 17lbs, 18lbs, 19lbs.  fished 120'-180' with 120'-140' being the best. Die hard mag spoon, spin doctor flasher/fly mountain dew, and a meet rig the crew of thrillseeker showed me [ sorry can't tell you what it was, sodus pro am this weekend]. downriggers, 450' + 500' copper, and dipsy all took fish. I want to Thank Vince and crew of thrillseeker for all the help dialing in my fishing program.fish2.thumb.jpg.058b4d3d952f477c233a54d1363d407e.jpgfish.thumb.jpg.f1ff46c64511ab8ea836e75512370bb3.jpg

I love that Big Cat Whaler.  That is one gorgeous ride.  Watch you guys launch from my fifth wheel right in front at Hughes.  As they say, the bite is on.

Good going:yes: . We spoke at the dock (3 guys in the 24 ft Penn Yan went out just ahead of you). That is one really interesting seaworthy boat....never have seen another like it.

Was definitely different on Firiday. We started in 150 and zig zagged between there and 250. Most hits on north troll on the wire. Meat took a couple but mostly FF. Ended 9 for 13. 7 kings, 1 laker, and a bow. Fished outta Hughes from 530 to noon.
