RS Nets makes nets that fit that criteria.  Upper end price but very well made.  IMO the coated nets minimize tangles with hooks but they aren’t  100% free of tangles.

I run the cabelas rubber net this is similar but mine has the heavy rubber net. I couldn't find it on their site so they may not carry it anymore. Either way get the heavy rubber net no matter what you buy. I regularly net 25"-30" walleye using the size net I linked below.

Finding seams in rubber nets is one of my many talents.....

I have 2. The frabill collapsible is always the go to and the smaller ranger is always on standby. I'm a big fan of having an extra net on standby. I like em both.
