Welcome to the site. There is a lot of great info here and the people to help you out. Ask away. As stated above I would also look at Fair Haven and Mexico bay. Both have great state ramps. Although I have not been at Oswego, I understand they have a cleaning station which is a big plus. Good luck and tight lines.

I agree that there is a lot of A$$ holes in Mass, but we are not all like that. In particular the boat owners that travel several hours (six to nine for me) to get to the Great Lake are mostly very nice people. Just saying not ****ing.

Just spoke with a friend up there. Still getting Lakers and steelhead in the top forty feet over deep water. No kings yet.

The purpose for the challenge is to raise monies for the Pen Project as most are aware of. The pen projects all along New York shore line are the main reason for the great fishing we all have been experiencing the last several years. All of the monies are collected through the raffles during the weigh in. I thought the economy was starting to recoup, but as evident by the lack of donations not all companies are quite comfortable yet. We are looking for help. Either in the form of a donation or if anyone of the sponsored tournament teams or charters have personal contact to a company they think may be willing to help. Please help keep our great fishing going on in the future.

Every time I see a service person, I try to approach them, shake their hands, and thank them for there service. I wish more people like us would realize what these people give for us to have the lives we have. My heart and prayers go out to all of them.
