  1. Sweet video!! Awesome how Simone nets the fish while holding a GoPro in her mouth!!
  2. Awesome boat
  3. Furuno, you won't be disappointed Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Threatening to sink you is a little extreme, that in itself would warrant disclosure of the captain's name or boat name. There is absolutely no reason to get that bent and make threats. Wonder what his clients thought when he was saying that??? A temper like that can't be good for business
  5. Different standard motor included in the weight maybe?? Same size beam, lengths?? Lots of variables to consider that could make up a 700lb difference.
  6. Is the boat on the trailer when filling it? On my old boat, the way it sat on the trailer, it sat with the bow angled up. If I could get the bow angled down a little bit, it would fill a lot faster.
  7. Tim, is that the one that you have that shows the international border?
  8. How did they get the boat and trailer out of the boat house???
  9. Yeah, I figured 20lb would be too light, especially if they hit it that hard.
  10. What leader material are you using Chad?
  11. Aug 24th It's mentioned in this thread: http://www.lakeontariounited.com/fishing-hunting/topic/38075-little-salmon-river-challenge-72713/
  12. How do you like that little Tohatsu? Does it run pretty smooth?
  13. Awesome, what general area are you fishing?
  14. Yes, just slit the gills and then into the cooler the fish goes. Cooler has a few inches of water in it along with the ice jugs.
  15. Got a reply from a Garmin dealer. The TR1 will work with Tohatsu, you just need to use the 2005 or newer Mercury kit to install it. It will need slight shaving around the front rod eye bracket to work 100%.
  16. Looking at the specs for the TR1 Gold autopilot, it doesn't list Nissan or Tohatsu. Anyone know if it will work with a Tohatsu?
  17. Tim, next time you get a hit like that, just slow the boat a bit and start turning, nothing hard, just start a big circle to change the angle so that the rod with the fish is inside of the turn. I've done that before and it helps, especially when the fish gets a ton of line on you.
  18. Thanks man... pictures say what words can't
  19. Little Crappie, could you post pics of how your kicker is rigged on the bracket? I'd like to see how the steering unit is linked to it. Thanks
  20. Do you have any other pics of the kicker setup? I'm looking to add a kicker to my boat, and am interested in how you had this steering setup rigged. I assume that you did not steer it with the main outdrive, correct? Thanks
