    we seen you guys go by . you did much better than we did . i caught 1 small bow with a lamprey for the morning fish ,6 to 11 . i fished from my buddy boat that was pulled out from its winter storage . had a couple minor problems but no big deal . we mark a lot of fish on big piles of bait but couldn't get them go . i think the derby going to be a long weekend also . at the ramp i got to watch a mink fool around

    mother nature been mean to us lately . the 2014 Act is hurting us worst . with the city of Montreal ,Canada gone under the government of Canada is New York only hope .the USA politician have a blind eye , hope this brings them back to drawing board .

    i wouldn't want to launch there right now . by the looks of the pic the tow vehicle rear axle pumpkin ( differential ) could fill with water threw the vent tubes . not worth it .

    the Sodus public launch looks ok to get out with getting wet feet . Hughes looks like going to have to put truck in water to launch . Areny 's is bailing water .

    Nothing you can do , roll with the punches . the finger lakes been doable go slow and you be ok . But i have stayed away from the big pond due to the high water . i looked at the leader board of the L O C derby looks like the fishing is good

    my buddy wanted me to hook up the fuel line in my boat with a 3 way tee about 3 weeks ago. i all most did , after asking about this topic in the winter I decided to go with the 3 way valve . i was going back and fourth in mind witch way to go . I PM L&M (Hank) and ask his opinion , he said if no valve or check valve in line serious damage can happen . now that being said if i ask Fran Barrett and he told me the same as he told Frogger i would have went that way too. I am not sure if it makes a difference if its outboard to out outboard or like what i have i/o to outboard . Any ways i went the 3 way valve and it is working just line , i do think i will miss not being able to run both motors at the same time if needed .

    go to MarineEngine.com look up parts for a 3.0L GM 181 I / L 4 Distributor it will give you a break down . i think that is what you have if not get the number of the distributor and look that up

    i just got done doing my boat with a 8 hose tohatus with a panther 10 inch bracket . i put a backing plate in too i used 12 x 12 x 1/4 aluminum plate. when i was on the water this weekend trying thing out . it was fine . ,, but when i hit the M FT button on the controls . that kicker motor dug in and pull hard on the trap . i say it drop an 1 1/2 inches down . when we took turns checking in out the movement was in the trap . it has to be pulling on the transom hard. i don't thing i be using the M F T button . my boat is a crestliner saber aluminum boat and i cant think how i could add more support than it is , making the transom thicker then the backing plate , sure not into that job

    Sampson is on seneca lake and the only upgrades they did to the marina is the maintenance man fix the leaking sink in the bathroom with duck tape . Drakwater pic speaks for it self hot fishing and high water . looks like 2 inches higher lake water and the dock will be under water .
