Favorite line for trolling finger lakes?

Hey everyone, Just feeling around trying to figure out what is everyone's favorite line for trolling smaller lakes, and the finger lakes is?

Fleas will be the biggest issue usually they start showing up about july. For lakers I run straight 25lb big game to the flashers.. for spoon rods I run 25lb main with a 10lb leader

Last year, fleas were bad, sometime couldn't even reel in downrigger lines. This year I ran 12 lb berkley vanish, and had almost no fleas on Cayuga, and Owasco. Don't know if it was the line, or just less fleas?  More weed problems than anything else. The fleas don't seem to bother 18 lb leadcore, or copper lines at all

My go to line is gamma 12 pound test with 10 fluorocarbon for fingers lakes & smaller lakes & 20 pound for Lake Ontario with 20 fluorocarbon for there all made by Gamma in my opinion superior line have lost few fish on this line you will not be sorry been fishing these lakes for almost a half century

Prior to the fleas I used to use 12 lb. Big Game with a 10 lb Seguar fluoro leader on both the Fingers and Lake O. After the fleas it has been 30 lb SeaFlee with 10 lb leader on Fingers and 20 lb fluoro on Lake O.

During the early Spring and late Fall I use the former setups on the Fingers when the fleas aren't a problem.

Gamma line? never tried it, but I will. Thanks for the tip

I did spool up a couple reels with big game 30lb this year, and tied on about 100ft of seguar flouro, but never used them. Did pretty good using just 12lb flouro all year, with very few fleas
