Tundra I'd suggest you go to one of the private stores. They'll be able to give you info on what the salmon are hitting rather than just buying gear that catches your eye. Tightlines is a good spot if your fishing Whitby of bluffers area. If you're coming west go in & see Bill at Shortwave in Port Credit, 113 Lakeshore Road East. Bill has all the gear & info you need & his prices are great too!

Agree with BK, BPS has a very limited selection, and some of their prices are actually higher then the smaller, private shops. 8)

Tightlines has by far the best selection of cold water species tackle and hardware. BPS is a waste of time.

thanks everyone for the replies, just came back from t.o last night fished for five days at bluffers and pickering. Good lures at tightline , started off fishing too deep the first few days before realizing the kings were closer to shore. It's difficult after a 12 year absence from fishing kings but surprised the old lures were still good. 8) Biggest was 27lb. Enjoyed our trip, might go back next week if they are still biting 8) .
