Those are marketed under the brand name Walker Downrigger Dual Planer Boards 109.00 on amazon, FishUSA stopped carrying them, can be ordered from Bass Pro as well...complaints online about them flipping, collapsing, arms breaking, which may be why FishUSA isnt carrying them anymore. Also a couple good reviews on line so ..... your mileage may vary...

 Ive been using this style board for years now and been very happy with them. They track good and I can pull 10 color core no problem. I have never tried any copper. I believe the $109 on Amazon is for 1 board not a pair so the price seems pretty good to me.
