  1. That’s fantastic! What a day.
  2. Had the pleasure of going out with Coyote K this morning. We do a lot of coyote hunting every winter but today was our first time fishing together. Had a great day and a lot of laughs. worked 80 to 150!and fishing was a little slow but we ended up three for four. Best fish was a feisty 23lb King.
  3. Really? Rob never mentioned those…😎😂
  4. Fish in 80 to 100 fish marks, spread your lures out a little to cover the column and make slow s curves.
  5. That’s been the case for me also recently. I swear I’m bouncing lures off their heads. Didn’t mark the one we caught today.
  6. If weather is favorable for the fall Loc I think you might see a 40.
  7. Didn’t get out this morning. Rainy and had chores to do. Mid day asked my wife if she wanted to go but she didn’t. Texted a few buddies and they couldn’t go either. Oh well. Wife changed her mind but had plans at 4 which gave us an hour or so to fish. We’ve been chasing nothing but browns for weeks and that was our plan. As we got to the lake it was blowing hard and capped up. We got on plane and I was about to turn around but decided to run west to the nose and troll back downhill. Set up in 60 and half an hour later no hits. Decided to slide out to 70 and drop the lures down. Was about to clear and the deep rigger at 60 pulling a Dreamweaver standard Two Face Glow from Rt 18 Tackle got crushed. Fish fought hard and stayed deep allowing us to clear the other rigger and two divers. Wasn’t sure what it weighed because the boat was bouncing a lot but knew it was over 26 so made the trip to Captains Cove. Fish weighed 28lbs 7 ounces.
  8. Best little tournament there is. If anyone is curious about doing their first tournament this is the one to do. Amateur boats have won many times and it’s friendly, fun and low key. If anyone has any questions reach out to Escape, Legacy or myself and I’m sure any questions can be answered.
  9. This will mix things up a little. Probably blow a bunch of warm water in. Should make for an interesting weekend.
  10. lol the DEC boat passed us too when we were running back. Opposite direction from them. We waved and they waved. I looked back wondering if they turned around to check us but apparently they were more interested in you. I had four good size guys plus me, figured they would have checked us. Wouldn’t have been an issue, everything is up to date.
  11. Browns were around today as well. Lost a very big one behind the boat
  12. I think he means terminal tackle. above my sharks are snubbers. On probe side the blacks release is above the probe. Other side release is at the top of the snubber.
  13. Went looking for Browns this morning including a 10 and an 11. Hope they hang around, will be back on them again soon.
  14. Haha doesn’t retirement suck Matt?
  15. There are a lot of them around this year. Very pretty fish and promptly released.
  16. Fisherman21 and I dropped into 80feet and worked between there and 120 till 8:30. We landed two small kings a laker and another pretty atlantic. We also dropped four or five more.
  17. 2 ounce Mission Jigs. Drop them to where the marks show up on your graft and lift the rod up and down.
  18. PM Rigged here in LOU. Quality product.
  19. Family friend with the motor listed above was on plane and running back to port (bass boat) and boat came off plane and soon stopped running. Turns over but doesn’t start. EFI boat. would appreciate any feedback.
  20. It’s definitely not very good today. We were out till ten and got one king around nine pounds that we foul Hooked in the middle of its side. Brutal lol. Still a pretty morning.
  21. Congratulations Manny that child couldn’t be more blessed to be a member of your family. I haven’t jigged yet this year. Haven’t had any screens that supported it on my boat and wind hasn’t been good either. Hoping this changes soon. I’ll be out the next few days and will let you know if things start to set up.
  22. Cold water has moved in. Tough bite both onshore and off but could be some things start to settle and maybe even set up. Tomorrow looks interesting.
