  1. Great job Matt! Hopefully you keep up the reports, would be nice to see from the Roch area.
  2. Not to mention for all you rabbit hunters who think their neat looking wait till they invade your favorite spot! Unlike a fox or coyote they can run under the thickest habitat like it's not even there . No worries, they will move on in a couple weeks when they have depleted the population! They have no natural enemies for the most part and are protected by a short trapping season by the state. You will definitely see more of them in the coming years. Looking at the bright side they're rumored to kill porcupines and make an awesome mount for the wall.
  3. 10 lbs would be an average one,a large male can weigh as much as 15 lbs.
  4. Have had good numbers of them in the southern tier for some time now.One of the most lethal predators we have and agree would like to see more,Dead Ones that is!
  5. Looking at the results from Tournament Trail you might better just listen to what Pete says!lol
  6. 4# Walleye with 2# lead weights = 20# Salmon with 10lb cannon balls? Interesting
  7. I understand what your saying that is why my copper is measured out with a tape measure! 300feet is 300 feet regardless of the diameter.
  8. I had a similar experience with Buck naked copper ! I now buy it bulk from A tommik and measure it out myself that way I know exactly what I have,
  9. Sounds complicated! Lots of options for knots to fail and line to break.Your only talking getting 10ft deeper going from a 250 to 300 copper keep it simple and add a snap weight!
  10. Some of our biggest kings are caught during these hours ,usually on long coppers pulling cut-bait! We don't scale back on the number of rods we run but keep them spread out 2 riggers,2 divers and 4 coppers.Generally will run longer coppers after the morning bite dies, kings usually go deeper as the sun comes up.
  11. Those are super x,supremes were black like the long beards and had 1 3/4 oz of shot.
  12. Always used Winchester Supremes #6 until they were replaced by the Long beards,Double the price, pattern great and hit 2 feet high out of my gun.I guess I'll just aim at their feet!lol
  13. Go to Dreamweavers website!
  14. Dreamweaver size 2 duo-locks for spoons,size 4 coastlock for flashers,
  15. Ran Seagates last year with no complaints.Up graded from penn squalls because of the gear ratio.Your biggest challenge will be finding one, like everything else!
  16. Your Awesome! A charter captain that gives fishing reports on a fishing website in the middle of deer season? One of a kind.LOL
  17. I always run my like coppers on the same side. This way your not crossing over any lines when your putting them out.If I catch a fish on the outside board,I let the inside board out to become the outside board.Very few tangles this way!
  18. Run a deep diving plug off of it,I believe it would be considered a second rod or line.
  19. One off the best tournaments going! When you can launch, get a slip and weigh-in all at the same location it's a major convenience.
  20. Went through this a couple years ago, would be interesting to run them with the older style and compare the two. Also adjusting the rope length makes a big difference in how they track.
  21. Call Dreamweaver 1-888-249-1632 they should be able to tell you what size swivels they use.You can order frpm them!
  22. Rick, Are you replacing the releases on your inline boards or using stock ones? Thanks
