i supposed to be down there sunday but going after some landlocks was thinking about bringing the jig poles just in case.  is there anyplace to get perch minnows in watkins any more?  i'll be coming from the north down 14 and i know of nothing even close to on the way.

Store in Waterloo sells fatheads. Go to 4 corners on main st and go east across canal bridge and its immediately on right.

waterloo is a bit far out of my way im coming from the north west likely gonna be trolling anyway.  anyone know if the launch at clute is open?  the weather forcaste has been getting steadily colder but less wind looks like tomarrow is gonna lay down nice.

Hope you guys at the south end did better than we did at the north end Seneca and Sampson today....and then Canandaigua north end....one pickerel and one perch and that was it!

made it down to the south end today but couldnt buy a hit.  Screen was mostly empty today there was deep bait in the middle of the lake but everything was from 150 down and no fish.  after not having a touch all day i took a close pass inthe weeds trying to pick up a norhtern.  No hits but I at least saw 2 pike both in the 8-10 lb range.  guess its time to break out the ice gear and hope for cold.

Hit the south end also today went 2 for three on Lakers, dropped one right behind boat. Bait was deep 260 fow to 475 around the salt plant and out in front of hector falls, beautiful calm day. Pics attached, favorite ff combo fished down 165 but with blow back probably got 130-140. Also hit a Laker on blue alpha alewife down 65.

Note the fish in middle of screen down 200+ marked a few monsters!
