  2. I THINK I do...might have gotten thrown away...will look later
  3. Nice! We got a late start at 9:30 today. Fished 9:30-1:30. Offshore wind and some rain. Fished mostly east of port. Landed one nice brown over 30 fow on a purple stinger down 20’. A few hits on smith wick black n orange rogue.
  4. Today
  5. Fished 8-35' waters east and west of the piers 7-11. Not a bite. Tried a wide variety of baits and colors. Boat back in the lot reported 15/20 on salmon in 50-75 fow over 100 between 4 guys.
  6. I bought mine based on BoatUS: https://www.boatus.org/study-guide/equipment/vds
  7. Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for marine canvas work. Still have the original canvas on my 1990 North Coast and it’s time to upgrade. I know some of these guys are mobile, that is ideal for me. However, I am willing to travel some (~ 1hr) if it is worth it. Located in three mile bay. Thanks!
  8. Good king bite this morning out front 80-110’.
  9. I have heard that you MAY have interference issues with it so I avoided it. Try it out and if you do rewire it separately.
  10. I think letting us know what your goal depth wise or what you want to achieve would best help us help you. Generally boards should be clipped onto monofilament line(some people do run braid though). Mainline can be copper, weighted steel, lead core, and a leader on top of that. Give us some more specifics I’m sure people can chime in. Also I’m assuming you’re referring to inline boards
  11. You can get the 628 all over the place and they are very similar
  12. Thank you both. So do you both believe that if I run the Terrova and and fish finder off the same battery I will get interference?
  13. Got another insane one this morning and had to share lots of boats were out today until steady rain started - unfortunately I was not one of them
  14. I have a Saltist 30H on a Fish USA 8'6" rod that I wish to use for planer boards. Should I use braid or steel? Was planning on 20lb backing. Am I right that the backer should run to the release, so as to prevent damage to the chosen line? Rather confused on how to rig the setup. Thanks for any advice.

    Flares

I have this one...... put on sunglasses indoors...LOL I like it because it floats and fits in a rod holder. Shop around for the best price. https://siriussignal.com/shop/sos-c-1003/
  16. Do you still have the components that are listed? If you could please let me know.
  17. Hydraulic is the way to go. The steering is like butter compared to cable steer systems.
  18. Fished 50’ to 15’ east of the port. 3/4 on browns and a bonus lamprey. Biggest brown came on two-faced stringer 22 down over 35 FOW on rigger. All others on boards in 20’ on green smithwick stick baits. Water around the port was 51 degrees and had good color. Further east was 46 degrees and clear. Speeds varied between 2.2 and 3.0. Trolling into and with waves both caught fish.
  19. Yes still available these are the right handed reels I see my post has an error in model # I apologize- that is my fault should be 47 LCb
