  1. Congrats Bruce. Did the customer decide if he was getting it mounted? I hope.
  2. . Unfortunately that 400ft NE of I Bay is nowhere the 30-31 N line. I wish it was.
  3. Tried the nearshore waters for browns and caught a 10lb king with 3 of the fattest lampreys we've seen. That poor salmon couldn't wait to be netted. Went 4 fer 8 with 1 9lb brown 1 12 laker and another small king. All inside 100 ft. down 50-60 Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. If you're running them on the #1 setting, thats closest to the middle, it might look like it's close with a little wire out, but does swing out as you give it more. On the #4 setting mine swing out no problem. Better than plastics with ring. IMO
  5. Good job Matt. I also agree this is a great tourney. Love fishing out that way. Getting to 200fow is much easier than out of I-Bay. $$$
  6. Do not waste another minute to get in this great tournament. You do not want to be shutout of the Shootout.
  7. Good idea and you got a great start. On first read thru my only suggestion is surface speed could be described also as SOG that GPS's call it.
  8. 1 Daiwa Sealine 27H & 2 Sealine 27SH (Super High Speed). 1 SH needs a clicker. $75.00 for all 3. 2 Cabelas Depthmaster DR rods. #DR-80M. $30 for both 3 downrigger weights. 1 10#, 1 8#, and 1 7.5# herbie. $45 for all 3. Call or text or PM. 585-743-7337
  9. Nice Dan. It looks like LJ's got his hands full.
  10. http://www.uscg.mil/d9/cgcMackinaw/history.asp It's the only Coast Guard icebreaker on the Great Lakes. Doesn't say what they're doing here. Info on the Captain says he's from Rochester. Family reunion?
  11. USCGC Mackinaw anchored off I-Bay today. Crew of 60. Saw small boat heading into shore for a burger run. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. Nice job Dan. That's what this is all about. Passing on good info
  13. South end of I-Bay to Sandy Creek. That's a nice run. Sounds like it was worth it though. Good day to do it. Lake could not have been flatter. Thanks for the report
  14. I'd say you set up on a hot spot. Great report
  15. Bruce, I agree it would be nice to see some footballs. Especially with all the Caledonia browns that they have stocked along this shoreline. I think the cormorants are doing a job on them along with other predators. BTW. That hat is an AARP special edition. You will be receiving info on how to buy one from them very shortly.
  16. Double D strikes again. That auto pilot gonna be sweet.
  17. Kind of a weird day for us doin the browns. Went 4 fer 5 but got a 13 and 2 12 lbers. With a 8 lber dink to boot. Lost another big boy off board. Fished next to Hooked-Up Charters who was doing better than us. Goby SS and mulatto SS took fish. All inside 30 ft trying to avoid debris and dirtiest water. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  18. Thanks for the report. That depth seems to be where it's happening
  19. I remember that one. It was in pen #1 wasn't it.
  20. Good report Hans thanks. Looks like things are looking up around here. Kevin
