Another quick trip before work this morning. Lines in about 5:20, pulled lines at 9. Nice steady bite the whole time out and finished 11-16. Mostly a spoon bite on the riggers today. Divers with ff took 4 shots and a meat rig took a nice one for us. A lot of screaming reels this morning. IMG_1932.thumb.jpeg.ab40249c052f9bcf75c9ffee01bf2358.jpegIMG_1940.thumb.jpeg.0455473c9cbf1025cbbdddd3b9d22737.jpegIMG_1945.thumb.jpeg.40b1af30385bba5b15508b35fda0c35a.jpegIMG_1948.thumb.jpeg.1963b46731892cb1944f074a35a79bb0.jpegIMG_1971.thumb.jpeg.c192799384df60413f605100c5a6f4e8.jpegIMG_1967.thumb.jpeg.5730745cbe2031ee1176cb1d9061e246.jpegIMG_1978.thumb.jpeg.94ae8ad8c6c3577cda78b8b17d515637.jpeg

We did the inside thing . Found a pod of fish and worked it . Off the water at 9 .

4 good kings and a coho plus a few more rips . No particular bait was the one . Spoons and Gary D rigs all took shots . Divers and riggers .

I have a copper back doctored 42 second Mag that has catches fish each trip. .

Very nice morning! What depth of water were you working?

That was the plan . I was supposed  be retired by now but my services are in demand .

I met with a plastic guy that went nowhere . And see some guys who are small lure manufacturers put an awfully lot of work into it.  And there will be labor intensive . And I see Bayrat go out of buisness so I'm apprehensive . And I don't have the time right now .

But I still use them and they work .

I met the owner of MC Rockets some years ago when we were up in Quinte fishing the ice and he had small microwaves in his apartment that he used for whatever plastic he was using to make them. Not sure if this helps or not…
