    We spent the day chasing browns in 50 to 70. Ended up 10 for 13 with the biggest being 10.5 lbs.

    Fished browns this morning. Started with two down and two divers till I somehow dropped a rod in the water while clearing it. That left us with one down and two divers. Divers never took a shot. The one rigger pulled four browns, the biggest around nine and a half pounds.

    Kid was out last night with a buddy. Has no riggers so just ran two diver rods. Son has a derby pass but his buddy did not. Never fails. Let this go to fight another day.

    Slow for me out of Sandy as well today. Only fished from 10 to 11:30 but only had one hit. Worked 80 to 250. Surface temp was 61 and had 47 down 80. Currents weren’t bad and water color looked ok. Will be fishing pretty much every day from tomorrow till weather gets funky.

    Off the Nose in 130 to 150. Lines in at 8 and out at 9:30. Temp down 90-100 running two riggers and two divers out 180 and 200. Meat and flashers and two face glow spoons. Current was strong but did four kings. Great morning.

    Can’t stay out too late. The two of them are also supposed to paint the deck at home.

    Will be heading out around 7. Bringing my wife and daughter and her dog. Looks like it’s going to be a fun morning on the water. Guessing lots of folks will be out. Good luck to all.
