Brown Trout from Summerville Pier

This pic was already posted on another LOU link, but want input. All the trolling hours I put for years, this is the largest brown I ever caught on the Summerville Pier last Friday on a glow cleo 9 1/2ft light action rod. The rough measurement b4 release and pic was 36" long, 21" girth. DEC website called the fish 19-21 lbs. I am usually good at weight estimates, any guesses?

that looks about right. Here is a pic of my dad with at 14.5 lb brown from a couple years ago and yours looks significantly larger than that.

BG, if you search through the "pictures" section, I posted a 20 class brown about 2 years ago. It was caught by my son about mid september. Looks very close to the same length/girth. It weighed 20-21 on the water and 20 eight hours later at home. Hangs on the wall now. BTW,it was a male, which really surprised us.

BG, I found it on page 8 under "20 class brown". Correction- it weighed just under 20, 7 hours later. Funny how they get heavier with time!

Nice job Blueghost I have a 18Lb brown trout mounted that measured I believe back 14 years ago to be 34 inches so looks like they are about right

THats one sick brown! So huge! Your fish far pales my brown trout 12.5# caught last year in front of Webster and we took 11th place LOC Fall. I certainly hope you would consider mounting a beast of that size on your wall of fame someday!
