You can buy a BayRat lure called the HighSchool to use until you locate the exact replacement.

Puerto Rican is Orange with Black spots, also very hard to find.

Lures are not pricey if they work. When Rapalas first came out and were unavailable one fish camp rented them out for $20. If you lost them it was a hundred dollars. They worked though.

Millers Bait in Irving,  NY on the Cattaraugus Creek had a wall of them. Great walleye lures. Shallow divers have more action than deep divers. Make sure the painted over lures are 2 to 4 foot divers, The Fire Tiger plug is my best walleye lure.
