Yea that's taking it a little too far,,lol,,,I hate windy Saturdays! I have a fishing story with politics story, I went on vacation to peorto rico this March. Flew Into San Juan then drove to Rincon. Figured I would book an offshore fishing trip for mahi mahi,wahoo or tuna. Beautiful boat, 36 foot center console. Paid a premium with just my wife and I. Soon after the charter started the captain started complaining about trump to my wife. Immediately I stopped the conversation and said I didn't pay for a charter to talk politics. My wife ofcourse did not back down. After the 3rd time he started up the conversation I finally shut it down. While fishing all he did was talk,talk,talk about how pissed he was that his girlfriend got a "work remotely" job during covid and now with the new administration she is asked to go into the office in San Juan, which is 4 hours away from the house she bought during remote work.STILL on the u.s. Caribbean island!  Trump this trump that,,,while the lures collected weeds. I told him please clean off the lures, finally after 3 hours he pulled in and 1 of the 4 lines was bit off with no lure and another was full of weeds. We did catch a couple junk barracuda., but no target fish. There goes 1000.00 bucks. Can't seem to understand how someone who goes to work on a boat everyday in the Caribbean without wearing shoes can be so miserable, but could guess who his political party was pretty easily. I did not leave him a review although expressing my dissatisfaction on here is quite enough.

I don't have a "cleaning lady"; no "lawn guy"; no "pool guy;" (no pool either) and no snow plow guy nor bug guy.  Obviously, I can't fire them but if I did and could fire them, taxes would go up to support their unemployment and the gov't would lose income on the income taxes they would have paid. The cost of noodles just went up more in the last 3 months than in the last 5 years. Lose houses and everyone else can pay more in taxes to support the homeless and shelters.  Selling a 40 yr old boat won't help much. 

 

Yes, the highly employed haven't seen the situation.  (The ones with the cleaning-lawn-pool guys) They would see it if they had to start paying.  However, all the republicans voted no to having them pay their fair share of taxes. A guy who was convicted of not paying his taxes got elected by gullible voters that he is now distancing himself from by saying his campaign promises were exaggerated and most said in jest. 

 

I'm all in favor of fiscal responsibility and thoughtful reductions in spending.  But issuing 123 executive orders that blindly cut gov't agencies/projects and then hiring lawyers to defend the constitutionality of 90 of them doesn't demonstrate thoughtfulness.  Causing economic chaos is not fiscal responsibility. Not obeying Federal Court orders is treasonous. Redecorating the Oval with gold fixtures, installing more flagpoles and million-dollar photoshoots is squandering taxpayer money.

 

We won't have to worry about the now higher cost of imported moonshines while fishing for the only fish left.  I.E. Asian carp. It'll be offset by medical bills when they jump in the boat and hit fishermen in the head.   Maybe helmets should be added to the USCG safety checklist now? 

 

RFK was slammed by his family; Rogan's ratings are way down, and Elon is jumping ship as he's lost billions due to his thoughtlessness.  At least AOC isn't afraid to address voters as all the republicans are.

 

Fishing trip to PR. Pretty landscape.  Just goes to show you how unpopular his policies are and how hard it is to find someone that agrees with the baloney.

Need to make correction on your Asian carp statement Trump said he would help stop them from getting into the Great Lakes while in the oval office with the governor of Michigan Governor Whitmer

LongLine mentioned Asian Carp , the President recently issued the funds to Michigan I believe,(  Governor Gŕetchen Witner ? tried to hide her democratic face from pictures being taken,when her meeting with him for that money ) . The head Michigan DNR or something like that guy was there and said he has been asking for the last 20 years ,including the last 4 , and we're grateful to finally get it . President was funny talking about how he had talked to Corp of Army Engineers and how they eradicated them , how harmful they would be to the fishing and touched on a couple other things. Watched it live.

Could be lots of money to be made if the Asian carp made the Great Lakes. instead of salmon fishing go gunning for Asian carp I love watching those videos they are funny couple 12 gauge big basket full of 12 gauge shells whole new meaning to combat trolling.

  All kidding aside the Asian carp are dangerous I've seen news articles kids have gotten killed by them  out with parents boating got whacked in the head broke their neck we need to stop them that I can support...
