1969 Starcraft Super Sport Restore

Started restoring this 1969 16' Starcraft Super Sport three summers ago. Finally launched her last week and broke in the new outboard. Still a few items left to be installed, but happy with the way it came out.

Wow! That was a project, but you did an awesome job. Now you have all winter again to wish you were boating .. enjoy it. Curious.. what is the floor material you used?

Looking forward to next year.  Flooring is EVA foam sheeting over marine grade plywood with 4 coats of spar urethane.

My son and I spent this spring restoring a 1990 19ft Smokercraft , lot of work but a great time doing the project.

That is a beautiful boat.

I have restored about 8 boats so far, but always to make them ready to fish and never shiny like yours.

I did it because I love the process of planning and rebuilding, but upon finishing the project I usually loose all interest and look for something new to start. Do you have the same feeling about this project, or do you plan to use it as your go to rig?
